Elestra Shatter Skill , What are thoughts about it ?

-Well for me it's worst for Elestra . Elestra is mainly for Ice Stacking while shatter destroy it :lol!:

I'm not sure tho. if you can guage the time they are in that stateand all skills ar on CD due to mistiming it could be useful...I suck at timing tho

PvP :It's good for last hitting but that's all , if you damage the enemy heavily and you have it maxed out you could just press it and boom 10k , or right after your lvl40 ultimate skill for an amazing burst since the stacks/freeze stats don't last long.

PvE : DO NOT GET IT.
